Recipes proposed In the second part of our 'Portal' you will find the recipes given by famous restaurants. Who will offer time to time exquisite recipes to enrich your cusine. You will also be able to connect with all the conventioned restaurants and therefore be able to choose where you prefer to pass an evening out with your friends. This service is free!
Menu of the week In this third part of our 'Portal' you will see various recipes prepared by our editoral staff. The weekly menu and depending on the season, Christmas or Easter dishes and much more. The conventioned restaurants will also offer seasonale recipes. Just 'clic' into their site. This service is free!
Wines In this part of the 'Portal' you will find lists of wine devided in groups of competence. Information on how the wine is made. With which grapes. Witch geographical area and of course wich dishes to combine with and lost of other useful information. There will also be a monthly column with suggestions on which wine to use with the various recipes in the previous part of the Culinary Arts. Outline of cooking history In this part of our 'Portal' you will find some historical gastronomy so that you can compare the habits of Ancient civilizations with literary works. There will also be a column with antiche recipes passed to us from local tradiziones or literature. This service is free!
Provincial cooking In this part of our 'Portal' every month we will describe a particular region. Giving information about traditional food and habits we will mention Patronal fairs and Village fetes and anything else connected with food, including the monthly region or anyrohere else in the world.
